Brush corn with soy garlic sauce and cook on a preheated barbecue over high warmth for 5 minutes. Turn once, brush with sauce again and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until delicate. Permit to cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Combine mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, dark pepper and 3 tbsps. of olive oil in a little bowl. Put aside. Warmth staying olive oil in a pan over medium-high warmth. Include garlic clove and collard greens and sauté for 5-6 minutes or until delicate. Pour vinegar blend over it and hurl to coat greens equally.
